Do I need an account?
No, but accounts enable alerts and following requests.
Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. You can view updates online but won’t receive notifications.
What about duplicates?
Open the existing request and click Follow or add a comment with new info.
It says “Closed” but I still see the issue.
Reply on the request or open a new one with a photo so we can re-inspect.
